A collection with many kinds of objects needs a clear inventory before sale planning. For a similar home, point out any artist information, receipts, or provenance you already have. Keep those records with the relevant pieces, and discuss specialist valuation when appropriate.

Our usual preparation takes about two weeks. The first week focuses on organizing, staging, and creating photos and video. We then allow about a week for advertising, including social media, before opening the sale. Some sales run three to four days; timing depends on the property and is agreed in advance.
Your home needs its own plan.
A previous sale is a starting point for the conversation. Your belongings, access, timeline, and goals determine the scope. Our usual commission is 45–50% of net sales, with no upfront cost. Labor, staging, photography, and advertising are included. Haul-away after donation is the only separate estate sale service charge. Your agreement confirms the rate and payment timing.
